Inc. brings

security projects. Otay Group Inc. was founded by former
career military professionals that learned, often the hard
way, that there is a way of balancing personnel, technology,
and infrastructure. Individually, each are insufficient, but
carefully integrated, they are cost effective, life saving,
and the best chance we have of mitigating the threats posed by
foreign intelligence agencies, drug traffickers, weapons of
mass destruction and terrorists attempting to infiltrate
across our land borders.

of public funds is a sacred trust that the Otay Group
Inc. has integrated into it's corporate culture. Yes,
we pay taxes too. We know that throwing money and troops
at a problem is rarely a lasting solution. Let's do it
right. Focus on the mission, forecast resources, obtain
funding, and execute the plan to maximize the use and
deployment of the appropriate asset, at the right time,
in the right place, with an achieveable end state in focus.
